RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Soar Protein, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a top-tier customer experience. Due to the nature of our supplements and for health and safety reasons, we maintain the following return and refund policies:


1. FINAL SALE POLICY

  • All supplement products are considered final sale once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

  • If a product is unopened and sealed, we may accept a return within 7 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@khalikenterprises.com to initiate a request.


2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue in your email to support@khalikenterprises.com.

  • Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.


3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • If a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error was on our end (e.g., wrong product, damaged on arrival).

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and sealed.


4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened supplements

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
